Mycoplasma Removal Filters (0.1 micron)
Fluorodyne® II DJL Membrane in Mini Kleenpak™ 20 Capsules are compatible with organic solvents, acids and chemicals. They are integrity tested and manufactured to USP Biological Reactivity Test standards. DJL produces high rates of microbial retention and protein transmission. Efficient for A. laidlawii and other organism filtration. DJL has the highest flow of PVDF for compatible filters of its size.
Fluorodyne® II DJL Membrane in Kleenpak™ Nova Capsules offer both in-line and T-style inlet/outlet configurations with AB-style filter cartridges. The prefiltration layer enhances sterilization while maintaining high flow rate. Nova is validated to remove A. laidlawii and other mycoplasma for efficient filtration. Modules can accept a vast range of Pall filter media and single-use capsules.
This system needs low installation costs and features steam in place technology for no operator maintenance. Fluorodyne® II DJL Membrane in Novasip™ Capsules are designed to be self-maintaining with vents and sanitary valves. Its efficient mycoplasma control retains B. diminuta and other bioburden. Parts are integral with SIP system and Staubli components.
Fluorodyne® EX EDT Membrane in Mini Kleenpak™ Capsules have an asymmetric prefilter for highest dirt holding capacity. The capsules provide a high flow and retention rates for economical filtration of culture media. They are the smallest filters in Pall's UpScale Program range to utilize pleated membrane technology. Mini capsules are ideal for modeling large production scale.
Fluorodyne® EX EDT Membrane in Kleenpak™ Nova Capsule uses Ultipleat® filter construction to allow high flow rates and low protein binding. It is designed for autoclaving and SIP in either wet or dry conditions for repeated use. The Nova capsules are ideal for medium to large scale production and have highly retentive mycoplasma technology. Pall ensures effective filtration treatment of fluids.
With space and production efficiency design the Fluorodyne® II DJL Membrane in Kleenpak™ Capsules is both compact and rugged. DJL is offered in four sizes to fit various system and application needs. It is a top grade filtration piece for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Size versatility allows DJL filters to take a role from small to large scale productions. Incorporating a prefiltration layer adds to its rapid preservative recovery rates.
Fluorodyne® II DJL Membrane in Mini Kleenpak™ Capsule is ideal for process development and scale-up trials. Mini Kleenpak displays Pall's top quality performance with high protein transmission and rapid preservative recoveries. Each filter is 100% integrity tested and excellent for modeling larger production scales. DJL filters are encapsulated for minimized cleaning and low installation costs.
To assure safety and validation, Fluorodyne® EX EDT Membrane Filter Cartridges use Pall's AB-style filters to achieve efficient filtration. This filter model uses triple membrane technology designed for high flow rates, increased protein transmission and autoclaves. Construction features like the pleat modular cartridge provide effective filter application.
The MCY styled Fluorodyne® II DJL Membrane in Junior Filter Cartridge is a single-use filter cartridge designed for stainless steel filter housings. DJL filters are validated for A. laidlawii mycoplasma removal and are 0.1 micron-rated. The double O-ring feature for piston sealing that is comparable to AB-style cartridges. These filters are efficient in processing volumes from 30 L to 500 L.
Fluorodyne® II DJL Membrane Filter Cartridges are AB-style, replaceable cartidges suited for medium to large scale production. Filters are resin free and melt-sealed for guaranteed contamination prevention. The filter design is ideal for high retention of mycoplasma and high flow rates. Each filter is integrity tested and meets USP Biological Reactivity Test standards.
