Emflon® PF Membrane Filter Cartridges

Emflon PF filter cartridges are all-fluoropolymer cartridges which are ideal for bioburden reduction in agressive process fluids.

Features

  • Their all-fluoropolymer construction provides excellent compatibility with agressive fluids, such as concentrated acids and bases
  • They can also be in situ steamed or autoclaved

Quality

Each filter is:

  • Identified by lot number and serial number for complete traceability of manufacturing history and for the user's traceability system
  • Supplied with a Certificate of Test confirming the quality standards and quality control tests performed by Pall
  • Manufactured in a controlled environment in a facility which complies and whose personnel comply with the requirements of ISO9001

Emflon PF filters meet the following standards:

  • USP Biological Reactivity in vivo for Class VI - 121ºC plastics
  • Cleanliness per USP particulates in injectables
  • Non-fiber releasing per 21 CFR
  • Non-pyrogenic per USP Bacterial Endotoxins (<0.25 EU/mL)
  • USP limits for oxidizable substances and pH under packaged waters after flushing¹
