Fluorodyne® EX EDF
Fluorodyne® EX Grade EDF Membrane in Kleenpak™ Capsules are built for biopharmaceutical purpose with their durable and compact design. Using Fluorodyne EX grade EDF filters it promotes higher protein transmission and a sterile cell harvest. Its prefiltration layers and main filter system prove efficient purification in intermediate and final biological process solutions.
Fluorodyne® II DJL Membrane in Kleenpak™ Nova Capsules offer both in-line and T-style inlet/outlet configurations with AB-style filter cartridges. The prefiltration layer enhances sterilization while maintaining high flow rate. Nova is validated to remove A. laidlawii and other mycoplasma for efficient filtration. Modules can accept a vast range of Pall filter media and single-use capsules.
In medium to large scale biopharmaceuticals production, Kleenpak™ Nova Capsules with Fluorodyne® II DFL Membrane are the ideal sterilized filters. Nova capsules are offered in both in-line and T-style inlet and outlet configurations. They have a high protein transmission rates and rapid preservative recovery. The capsules are compatible with Pall AB-style range of filter cartridges.
Emflon® PFR Membrane in Novasip™ Capsules have lower installation costs than comparable systems. Its steam sterilizing durability provides a long service life and low maintenance costs. Novasip™ filters use polyethermide because of its strong withstanding features against elevated temperature and pressure. Designed with air and vent applications Novasip™ filters can be used in a range of operating conditions.
Emflon® PFR Membrane in Kleenpak™ Capsules takes advantage of PTFE membranes that are both pleated and hydrophobic. PFR filters meet the increasingly high standards of the biopharmaceutical industry. Pall provides top filtration of liquids for particulate removal. Robust design features a glue free construction and polypropylene shell to provide a long service life.

Fluorodyne® EX EDT Membrane in Kleenpak™ Nova Capsule uses Ultipleat® filter construction to allow high flow rates and low protein binding. It is designed for autoclaving and SIP in either wet or dry conditions for repeated use. The Nova capsules are ideal for medium to large scale production and have highly retentive mycoplasma technology. Pall ensures effective filtration treatment of fluids.
Emflon® II Membrane in Kleenpak™ Capsules serves the user's specific systematic needs. Pall offers options including gama-irradiatable, pre-sterilized and custom-made sets. All versions perform to the same top quality standard. Each unit is fully integrity testable and has the highly retentive Emflon II membrane. These capsule filters provide high air flows of both air and gas.
