47mm diameter filter discs for benchtop membrane qualification studies.

Fluorodyne II grade DJL filters are 0.1 micron-rated sterilizing-grade filters designed for enhanced sterility control. Validated for the retention of B. diminuta (ATCC 19146) at a challenge level of 107 CFU/cm2 effective filter area, and to achieve a typical titer reduction of > 8 LRV when challenged with Acholeplasma laidlawii, they are well suited to filtration of low-fouling cell culture media and final dosage preparations where the risk of contamination by a penetrative bioburden isolate is a concern.
