With an element collapse pressure rating of 100 psid (7 bar), these hydraulic oil water filter elements can filter out water contamination while maintaining structural integrity.

Description

Pall’s PALLsorb filter elements can be used to effectively remove as well as retain free and emulsified water contamination in hydraulic systems.

Water is one of the most common contaminants in industrial hydraulics – it reduces lubricating film thickness and causes corrosion, which can lead to serious problems.

 

When water contamination is neglected, it can cause fluid breakdown, including additive precipitation and oil oxidation, and accelerate metal surface fatigue. The presence of water also leads to the formation of ice crystals at low operating temperatures, causing components to jam.
