PCC-XS Series Component Cleanliness Cabinet

The PCC-XS Cleanliness Cabinet is the latest self-contained unit developed by Pall to provide accurate, reliable and repeatable measurements of component cleanliness.

The PCC-XS design is the result of 20 years industry experience delivering the best practices in extracting particulate contamination from a component and retaining it on a test membrane for analysis, in a manufacturing environment.

The PCC-XS enables operators to assess the cleanliness levels of manufactured parts and components in accordance to ISO 18413, ISO16232 and VDA 19 procedures.

In order to avoid any metal to metal contact with the component under test within the extraction enclosure, both the solvent dispensing gun and the component support bars are manufactured in PEHD materials. This ensures a better control of the blank values and minimizes the metallic cross-contamination, (polyethylene, high density) resulting in more accurate and repeatable test results.
