The PCCXL is the largest industrial component cleanliness cabinet in Pall’s PCC Series, incorporating the best practices in extracting particulate contamination and delivering the most accurate and repeatable analysis for even the largest assembly components.It is well understood by manufacturers and suppliers that accurate and repeatable cleanliness validation is critical to meeting industrial component cleanliness standards. By controlling the environment and automating the procedure in which the sample is extracted, the quality of a component can be assured to a higher level of confidence. This can result in significant cost savings from lower warranty claims and fewer reworked components.
