Profile® Nano Depth Filter Cartridge

Profile Nano advanced depth filter cartridges are high-performance slurry filters that classify ceria and low solids colloidal silica slurries. They are used in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) processes such as shallow trench isolation (STI) and barrier copper.
