For High Purity Filtration Applications

Varafine pleated filter cartridges are for filtrating ultrapure water, chemicals, and process gas in semiconductor and photovoltaic applications. These cartridges are available in a range of sub-series based on applications and have removal ratings from 0.02 to 1.2 µm for liquids and 3 nm for gases.
