Varafine pleated filter cartridges are for filtrating ultrapure water, chemicals, and process gas in semiconductor and photovoltaic applications. These cartridges are available in a range of sub-series based on applications and have removal ratings from 0.02 to 1.2 µm for liquids and 3 nm for gases.

VFSE: These filters contain a highly asymmetric polysulfone membrane that results in exceptionally low pressure drop values.

VFSG: High flow, asymmetric membrane filter cartridge.

VFTR: For the critical filtration of solvents and aggressive liquids.

VFSH: Designed for ultrapure filtration of inert gases.

VCSH: A disposable hydrophobic membrane capsule.

VTSE: Uniquely suited for the filtration of hot DI water.

VFSE: These filters contain a highly asymmetric polysulfone membrane that results in exceptionally low pressure drop values.
