The SUPRApak SW 7000 LW is a high-throughput depth filter designed for clarifying filtration in the food and beverage industry. This L-size (16-inch) module uses SW 7000 grade media, a versatile grade suitable for clarifying beer, wine, and thin liquor gelatin. The unique "edge flow" principle maximizes the utilization of the filter sheet material, leading to excellent filtrate quality and an extended service life. The enclosed system enhances process safety by eliminating drip losses and can be sanitized with hot water for repeated use, making it a cost-effective alternative to traditional flat sheet filtration for large batches.
