The SUPRApak SW 5700 LW module is engineered for high-throughput depth filtration of food and beverage products like beer, wine, and sweeteners. This L-size (16-inch) module uses the "edge flow" principle, where Seitz filter sheet material is wrapped around a permeable core, providing a large filtration area in a compact design. The SW 5700 grade offers a balance of relative clarity and dirt-holding capacity, making it ideal for polishing filtration. This enclosed system increases process safety, eliminates drip losses, and allows for hot water sanitization.
