Seitz K 100 ZD is a versatile polishing grade presented in a folded ZD design for larger-area stacks. The homogeneous cellulose-mineral media blends surface filtration with depth adsorption to reduce haze at economical pressure drop. This format favors long cycles, fewer changeouts, and consistent clarity on higher-volume lines. Typical uses include wine and juice polishing and prefiltration ahead of final cartridges or membranes. Sheets can be hot-water or steam-sanitized within recommended limits and are typically rinsed before service to ensure a clean start-up. Stage K 100 ZD between coarser K grades and finer KS or EK sheets to tune clarity and service life.
