The SUPRAdisc AKS FB 7008708 module simplifies carbon treatment by incorporating powdered activated carbon (PAC) into a clean, enclosed lenticular format. This 12-inch (284 mm) module eliminates the need to handle loose carbon dust and reduces equipment cleaning time. The immobilized carbon media provides high adsorption efficiency for correcting color and off-flavors, while a downstream protective paper safeguards against particle shedding. The module's design leads to better performance than bulk PAC, often shortening process cycles. Configured with a flat gasket adapter and silicone seals, it is well-suited for decolorizing juices, polishing spirits, and dechlorinating process water in beverage applications.
