Extend final membrane life by intercepting fine haze upstream with this 30-inch MEMBRAcart XP filter. The MBX grade employs a 0.45 micron hydrophilic PES membrane to reduce bioburden and particles before finer filtration stages. The high-area pleating moderates the pressure rise over long campaigns. The construction resists thermal and chemical stress from steam-in-place and typical CIP agents. For quality assurance, the element is integrity testable. A Code 7 SOE adapter and silicone O-rings simplify changeouts in sanitary housings on bright tanks and filtration skids.
