Cover large flows with fewer vessels. This six-inch by forty-inch SepraSol double open-ended coalescer packs high surface area into a single element to cut changeouts and hold a low saturated differential pressure. The pleated media pack is resin-bonded and supported by polymer layers, with a stainless steel core for axial strength. A tie rod seal and nut create a tight, bypass-free seal. All SepraSol elements are hydrophobic and oleophobic, so liquid drains fast and re-entrainment stays low. In typical use you can achieve very high efficiency removal of 0.3 micrometer solids and downstream liquids near trace levels. Use this size to reduce vessel count and extend run length while protecting compressors, burners, and catalysts.
