For tighter particulate control in a shorter format, this 40-inch Ultipleat High Flow element delivers 2.0 µm removal at 99.98% efficiency using Profile UP polypropylene media. The unique laid-over pleat geometry provides a large surface area, helping sustain throughput at a lower pressure drop. Coreless construction reduces waste, and the inside-to-outside flow configuration confines captured solids for cleaner, faster changeouts. Polypropylene materials used for the media, support mesh, and outer wrap offer broad process compatibility, while EPDM O-rings help maintain a robust seal.
