The AquaSep Plus LCS4B1AH is a 40-inch liquid-liquid coalescer element designed for large-scale applications where the separation of water from hydrocarbons and chemicals is critical. This high-capacity coalescer is part of a multi-stage system that first removes solid contaminants before tackling the dispersed liquid phase. Its advanced glass fiber medium is uniquely formulated to withstand the presence of surfactants and low interfacial tensions, which typically render conventional coalescers ineffective. The LCS4B1AH is capable of treating streams with up to 30,000 ppmv of water and consistently delivering a final product with less than 15 ppmv of water. This element's superior performance across a wide range of operating conditions, including interfacial tensions down to 3.0 dyne/cm, makes it a robust and reliable choice for maintaining fluid purity and protecting valuable downstream assets.
