This 20-inch Profile II filter cartridge with a polypropylene media is designed for the filtration of CMP slurry, photochemicals, plating solution, acids, alkalis, solvents, DI water, paints and photoresists. It does not use any binders or resins and the fibers are bonded by intertwining during the manufacturing process.
