Pall Return Policy

Pall strives to provide our customers with total satisfaction around their buying experience. If it becomes necessary to return an item, please contact Pall’s Customer Service representatives to arrange for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number and the original packaging. After obtaining a return authorization number, approved guidelines will be provided to return the items(s) via the specified carrier. Returns which do not follow the approved guidelines will be refused. All items must be returned within 90 days of purchase and within 30 days of the issuance of the return authorization number. Please note certain items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
