For beverage CO2 and clean-dry air duties, the PFS1001ZMH13 offers proven zero-mist performance with a 99.99 percent coalescing efficiency at 3.0 microns. Expect typical outlet aerosol concentrations below 0.003 ppmw, which supports air-quality targets and safeguards downstream assets. The pleated, epoxy-coated fiberglass medium provides a high area for single-stage coalescing. At standard conditions, the 1001 size handles 200 SCFM with a saturated pressure drop of approximately 1.5 psi per element, contributing to stable operation. Seal materials for ZM coalescers include Buna-N, Viton (H), and Ethylene Propylene (J). Deployed upstream of sterile gas filters, this element helps prevent wet-out.
