The Nexis® High Flow Filter is a large-diameter, coreless, single-open-ended depth cartridge with an inside-to-outside flow. It is available in a variety of proprietary melt-blown filter media in ratings from 10 µm to 100 µm. With its large diameter (152.4 mm [6 in]), you can achieve desired results in high flow rate applications with significantly fewer elements and smaller housings.

6 To determine pressure drop per flow rate for filters only, multiply this value by the total flow rate. (For liquids with a viscosity differing from water, multiply the pressure drop by the viscosity in centipoise.) To determine the system pressure drop, add this value to the pressure drop per flow rate value for the housing.

Q. 1. What are the benefits of using Pall Nexis High Flow Filters?
- The Nexis High Flow Filters come with a large diameter for efficient filtration in high flow applications. The inside-to-outside flow traps the debris inside the filter and prevents discharge during changeouts. These filters require fewer elements and smaller housings. The coreless, all-plastic construction reduces waste, and the absolute-rated filter media ensures reproducible performance. The filters also feature a handle for easy replacement.
Q. 2. What are the filter media rating options available for Pall Nexis High Flow Filters?
- The Nexis High Flow Large Format Filter Cartridges are available in filter media ratings from 10 µm to 100 µm.
Q. 3. What are the length options available for Pall Nexis High Flow Filters?
- Pall Nexis High Flow Filters are available in the following length options:
Q.4. What are the ISO certificates of the related Manufacturing plants ?
- The Nexis High Flow element are produced in manufacturing site with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates
