Seitz K 150 offers a step tighter than K 100 for improved polishing when clarity targets demand more fine-particle capture. The cellulose-mineral media provides balanced depth adsorption and surface retention, maintaining manageable pressure drop while raising filtrate clarity. Typical applications include wine and juice polishing, flavor and extract cleanup, and membrane prefiltration where a tighter cut-point extends downstream filter life. Sheets are produced for homogeneity and consistent permeability, supporting repeatable performance across batches. Hot-water or steam sanitization can be applied within published limits, and a short rinse prior to production helps ensure a clean start-up. The 400 x 400 mm format serves small plate-and-frame systems and can be paired upstream with coarser K grades or downstream with KS and EK sheets when finer reduction is required.
