This 20.7-inch, 3-micron Ultipleat high flow filter is designed for TFT LCD liquid applications, such as wet etching and cleaning. It has a PTFE medium for excellent etchant compatibility. The filter has inside-out flow pattern and has long service life. The filter features an FEP encapsulated fluoroelastomer o-ring material.
